Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Sacramento Cal Expo

Excellent service overall, we loved it.

Plenty of food at continental breakfast including eggs, yogurt and hot waffles to order. The hotel was in the central setting close to downtown. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

The staff were courteous and accommodating.

Staff and food are PERFECT, I loved very comfy bed.

Had a great time! The beds were so comfy with soft sheets, and I loved the 24/7 free coffee. The room was exactly like the photos, very nice!

Comfortable Stay with Great Local Dining!

I stayed for one night in a King Room, Non-Smoking and found it surprisingly cozy. The staff were helpful, even offering us insights about a popular Indian restaurant nearby that guests rave about. A solid choice if you're visiting Sacramento!

Clean and comfortable rooms.

I was disappointed with my stay. The first night my room smelled damp and old, and this made my child cough all night. We switched hotels after that, but the experience cost us more than expected due to the cancellation fees.

The remodeled king room wassuper clean and cozy, and i loved the disabled access in the bathroom. It's close to public transport. Plus, the seasonal pool is a nice touch!

the door location was a bit inconvenient for carrying luggage.

My family had a short stay and appreciated that our room was spacious and equipped with both a refrigerator and a microwave, which made meal times easier. The location was also convenient for exploring the nearby parks and attending an expo. The check-in process had its issues, but the staff were generally accommodating. Just a fitting option for a weekend rest in Sacramento with good value for cost. The only positive was the location.

Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped with local info my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend it for comfort and convenience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Good price for last minute!

I stayed here one night in a king room and honestly, for the price, it wasn't too shabby. The staff were okay, but the breakfast area was a bit messy. Had a decent night, but the room's a/c leaked which was kinda annoying. Just a heads up-check in after 3pm for sure!
